Maintenance Technician
DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Technician performs service requests, repairs and all general facility maintenance as directed under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures quality and efficient production.
- 1-2 years maintenance experience required
- Basic pool maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
Independently perform preventative maintenance services on properties and ensuring all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients and/or supervisors and perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Director of Residential Construction
DESCRIPTION
The Director of Residential Maintenance will meet with homeowners, communicate with subcontractors, order materials while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the duration of each project build. They will work to ensure jobs are scheduled to the homeowner’s expectations and that each project is completed on time and report progress to the Operations Manager.
- Minimum 7+ years of residential renovation or new construction experience.
- General knowledge of various aspects of residential construction, including carpentry, electrical, framing, foundation, HVAC, remodeling, roofing, plumbing, etc.
- Dependable transportation
- Professional and courteous with customers
- Strong communication
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass background check
- Valid driving license
Manage construction projects and report progress to the Operations Manager, schedule and manage subcontractors, documenting any change orders with the homeowner, Renovation and office staff, ensure projects are completed to the homeowner’s quality standards while within budget and conduct a final walk through on every project and document completion with the homeowner and Renovation Consultant.
